While there are many wonderful “white male” financial advisors and leaders out there (Mark Tibergien pops front and center, and several more), the statistics cannot be denied. #CFP continues to report that “everyone else” only make up less than 30% of advisors, and that number has barely budged in years/decades, even with the extensive #DE&I efforts. Again, this is NOT a dig on men, or anyone… but trust me, do your homework. #millenials, #GenZ and all younger populations not only ARE more diverse in heritage, ethnicity, background and desire for diverse #culture, they want to work with, hire, and buy from advisors, teams, companies and brands who are as well.
