#1 For many of us, it goes without saying- HR is often the front line to #hiring, the front line when an employee is struggling/needs help, thus, wow! They are #CRUCIAL to #success , #efficiency, #productivity, #loyalty. None of us can survive much less thrive without them. So if our HR professionals are not happy, don’t feel included, #valued, #heard or #respected, we are in big trouble!
1)Always ask for their input- they see so much of what is going on. 2)Make sure they feel heard, valued, respected 3)If they are good, and so many of them are amazing, they are an integral part of your #team! Treat them as such. GO TEAM!!!
