But if the #greatresignation is teaching us anything (which, if it is not, you are not paying attention), people are willing to ACT to prove what they want, not just complain…. But trust me, with over 70% of employees feeling disengaged (Cerulli & Assoc.) people are complaining too.
FORCE in no way will build #trust or #loyalty. It will just piss your people off. I do understand that this makes operations (managing office space) and HR (managing people) more difficult, but if it makes your people more engaged and efficient because they are happy and empowered, doesn’t that matter more to them, and your #ROI?
